Czech F1 Guy.... CAUGHT

Well after 5 years of terrorising the roads of Czech Republics roads, the 'Phantom Driver' has been caught while refueling his F1 style car. It's not a full blown F1 car, its a Dallara GP2 car which is an Italian make used as a feeder for F1, but it's had some cosmetic changes to give it the F1 look, and it does look amazing. So what's the punishment for doing this for 5 years? well he can expect a fine of around £300, which is not bad, but could receive a 6 month ban.... Well I say let him off, its cool...
