How do you deal with this scenario? a blocked bog with a massive log that wont go? and do you have a different tactic whether it's yours vs someone elses?
I've heard of people having a dedicated 'shit stick' which they use to chop it up... or some folk just put their hand in.. what do you do?

I have an emergency round rubber plunger that creates suction. A few violent pumps and the force is enough to dislodge the stubborn of logs.
My lad holds it up and comes round here after school to take a dump when I'm not home. I have one of the European shelf toilets. Usually he just blocks it, but once, the turd, never seen one so big, never even left the shelf because of weight and stickiness. After 5 flushes it still hadn't budged. I had to take the shower head and shower it with the hottest water for 15 minutes to dissolve it away. After that, the whole flat smelt of burning rubber
